  7. Commercial Model • Note: • Subscription fees invoicing will be applicable from Contract Effective Date. Since this is for software subscription charges , payment of these invoices should not be linked to go-live of modules or usage of the modules • TCS iON provides a managed services delivery model and the pricing includes one onsite resource at Institute premise for configuration and administration activities • Setup includes configuring a dedicated instance of the solution and hosting of the same in the TCS iON data center.
