1. Direction • If we want to indicate the position of an object precisely, we need to indicate the direction of the object.

3. Reduced Bearing In the reduced bearing, directions are measured from the north or the south. It is expressed as NxE, NxW, SxE and SxW, where 0< x < 90. N W E S
