  14. Outcomes from Fort Knox TTX Increased awareness of the problems and a deeper understanding of the realities of the situation by both leaders and stakeholders. Sample recommendations include: • Create Human Capital Center of Excellence • Develop plan for establishment of regional business accelerator • Develop a resources/requirements clearing house to allow local educators to refine curriculum to meet evolving needs of local economy • Maintain/enhance planning and cooperation with the Department of the Army to ensure that the benefits of outside-the-gate improvements carry inward to places of work • Design and implement an effective outreach program to communicate issues, actions, and solutions to the public • Identify coalition task force with local mental health services, TRICARE, and commercial providers to develop open-access plan 14

Sample recommendations include: • Form Commander’s Summit/Council for DoD installations in the State to increase coordination of development efforts • Ensure Comprehensive Regional Growth Plan integrates community and Ft. Bragg mission infrastructural needs • Engage State Leadership in State Branding effort • Increase partnerships between educational institutions and private sector that focus on transforming the workforce 19
