Admission TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS • 60 or more transferrable semester units (90 quarter) • 30 units of General Education (C- or better) to include: • The “Golden Four” • Must meet impaction GPA if not part of local admission area • Good academic standing at the last institution attended U N A B R I D G E D The complete experience.

Admission TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS – LOCAL ADMISSION • Must meet CSU transfer requirements • 30 or more transferrable units from one or more of the following community colleges: • Butte College, Lassen College, College of the Siskiyous, Feather River College, Shasta College, and Yuba College U N A B R I D G E D The complete experience.

  5. ACADEMICS IMPACTED PROGRAMS 1.) Pre-Nursing, Nursing: Selection based on characteristics of the applicant pool, GPA, and SAT/ACT scores. 2.) Recording Arts: Completion of prerequisite coursework, minimum 2.5 GPA, written essay, academic performance and musical ability. ADMISSIONS TRANSFER SELECTION PROCESS • Impacted, only accepting upper-division transfers • Applicant pool determines GPA requirement for admission offers • Student must submit all official transcripts by February 15 (can reflect work in progress) • No summer work will be allowed to meet admission requirements for fall term • It is the student’s responsibility to check his/her Portal account and campus e-mail often, as these are the official communication of CSU, Chico. Admission IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES • Priority Filing Period: October 1- November 30 • Admission offers begin late January on a rolling basis • Chico Preview Day: October 22, 2011 • CSU, Chico Scholarship applications accepted online from October 1- December 15 (prior to admission offers) • On-campus housing applications accepted in mid April on a first-come, first-served basis U N A B R I D G E D The complete experience.

Admission IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES • Students must submit Intent-to-Enroll and $200 non-refundable Enrollment Confirmation Deposit by May 1 • All final, official transcripts must be received by July 15 • EOP Electronic Applicant Information Form must be submitted by November 30 • EOP letters of recommendation and high school transcripts due by January 31 • Summer Orientation sessions take place June-July (recommended) U N A B R I D G E D The complete experience.
