  3. Pre-Job Contractor Meetings The first step, after the contractor has been pre-qualified and selected, is to lay out the project expectations. Key communications are as follows: Existing facility hazards  ESH and project expectations  Work Permit Process  Necessary submittals  Qualification of personnel  Chemical list requirements 

  4. Types of Tool Installs The second step is to understand the potential issues associated with each type of tool install activity. Several major install categories are: New build-out Retrofitting existing equipment

  5. Types of Tool Installs New build-out: There are ESH issues associated with each tool install phase: Design  Lay-out  Tool move-ins  Installs  Energize 
