The 14th Cross Straits Symposium on Energy and Environmental Science and Technology http://www.tj.kyushu-u.ac.jp/CSS14/index.htm February 18-19, 2013 Chikushi Campus of Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan Purpose of CSS-EEST This symposium has been designed to provide a common platform for graduate students with the opportunity to present their scientific findings to overseas counterparts in English and exchange opinions not only on their research but also on other mutual interests. From this year, the symposium has changed its name from CSS to CSS-EEST and Kyushu University and Pusan National Universitywelcomed Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a new co-organizer of the symposium.  The purpose of the CSS-EEST is now to share new ideas and insights of the recent research trends in related fields among three universities through the broad exchange of up-to-date information.
