Search Process Assess Organization/ Position 1 • Directly contact prospective candidates and sources • Provide interested and apparently qualified prospects with the position specification and ask for a resume. • Screen resumes by the researcher and Consultant • Consultant meets personally with the candidate for further evaluation and possible presentation to the client.
