In today's digital landscape, leveraging technology effectively can significantly enhance learning experiences. This proposal examines the necessity of 1:1 technology in education, particularly focusing on the use of iPads. We will look at current practices that drive transformational change and how the integration of these devices can improve student engagement and outcomes. With a detailed plan covering the years 2014-2017, we will also present cost analyses for devices and options for ongoing refreshment to ensure that educational institutions remain at the forefront of technology in learning.
