  5. Career choose • People have to meet in their work both their needs and the requirements of market and industry. • Professional identity depends from his/hers goals, interests and talent. • Pupils make their choice in general about their job orientation at the age of 13 or 14.

Pupils needs of information • What is the essence of a profession, what is the character of the activity, the working conditions and the prospects of progress • What qualities, knowledge and skills are required from the specialists • Where to find relevant education • Where to find work after finishing school • Where to continue their education • What are their own abilities and preferences to work environment

  7. The purpose of vocational guidance To provide that knowledge and to help the adolescents find the best possible for them field for professional development.

  8. Current situation How pupils choose secondary school? • Parents • Friends • Media Where is the school?

  9. Current situation How institutions help them? • No professional orientation programs in the primary schools • Lack of information about educational system and professions • No methodology • No trained professionals
