  1. Pineapple Upside Down Cake By: Sarah Jimm Period: 6 2-11-08

  2. Materials • Yellow cake mix • Canned pineapples • 1 Cup Brown Sugar • 1 Stick of Butter • 2 Eggs • ½ cup of of pineapple juice • 9 cherries • ½ cup oil • Pan • Stove • Oven • Specula

  3. Directions • Preheat the oven to 350 • Light the stove, put the heat on low, put butter in the pan and put over the light stove, then let melt • Once butter is melted spread the brown sugar over the butter • Lay the pineapples over the brown sugar • Put the cherries inside the hole of the pineapple • Get a medium sized bowl and dumb the cake mix in • Mix the eggs, pineapple juice, and oil • Pore the mixture into the pan • Put in oven for 30mins
