Enhancing Soft Skills Development in Higher Education Institutions

This study focuses on using focus groups to collect data from students, staff, and external stakeholders regarding soft skills development in H.E. institutions. Primary data collection tools include structured questionnaires and group interviews, while secondary data is gathered from published sources. The study assesses current levels of competencies and facilities for soft skills development, with a specific emphasis on the Faculty of Management & Finance at the University of Ruhuna.
