This project, spearheaded by Dr. R. Somasundaram at Kongu Engineering College, aims to create E-Content focused on vital soft skills essential for student employability and career progression. With 26 years of experience, the college offers numerous degrees and has a strong faculty presence. The project will develop modules on topics like leadership, time management, and negotiation using varied delivery methods, including videos and interactive quizzes. Our goal is to equip graduates while contributing to their personal and professional growth.
