Workshop and review activities • Issues for the UBL list • Qualification of the catalogue messages. • Qualification of the procurement process • Definition of a normative procurement process. • Definition of the important documents. • Important implementation issues like payment, tax, adressing mechanishm and codelists have been addressed.
”Roadshows” for ERP-vendors • Two meeting held, 94 participants • 90% interested in been on a mail-list • 3 ERP vendors interested in early adoption of UBL (this year) • Positive reaction on the Danish initiative and international approach
Danish delivery plan for procurement documents • Scenario descriptions with UBL 2.0 the 15th of July • Basic procument process + bonus documents by 6th of november 2006 • Extended procument process in the spring 2007
