Introduction of the Data Hub • Enterprise system to manage data • Collect, manage, and store metrics and benefits data (both build and impact metrics) for the ARRA funded Smart Grid Program • Provide convenient access to data reporting functions via the SmartGrid.gov website • Make data available to DOE for reporting, analysis, and visualizations • Projects will have their own recipient specific project page to view data submitted • The Data Hub supports data access and visualizations that are portrayed on SmartGrid.gov

  4. Process & Background • Once MBRPs are approved, projects are expected to report on a quarterly basis (refer to your individual project schedules) • Based on an approved MBRP, we will create a project-specific data input template that presents the specific data fields that will be entered into the Data Hub • If there are discrepancies between the template and your approved MBRP, please contact your Metrics and Benefits Team representative • The template details will be incorporated into the Data Hub for customized reporting • Once you receive the template and a username and password, you will be able to begin reporting

  7. How will I get Access to the Data Hub? • IDs will be assigned and sent via e-mail to the prime project contact upon approval of the MBRP • The prime contact can request that others be added to the approved access list • IDs will be given to these additional people via e-mail • Users can create their own passwords once IDs are provided E-mail: projects-admin@smartgrid.gov Provide this information: Name, organization, & e-mail address IDs Security Access Passwords
