  2. EB Agenda • Upcoming General Body meeting • Why are we having problems within the EB members? • Why we have so much mistrust & disrespect within members? • Is Advisory Board in existence? What is Dr. S. S. Newaz said? • Formation of new AB – get some new members – proposed names • Focus on getting City permit • Let’s build the metal building • BAC Policy & Procedure from the past administration • Photos on the wall • Tree Certificates • Adding contribution to become founding member – within the formative period • What is the formative period?  Redefine the formative period. • How long is the current EB tenure?

Getting City permit • Proposed Contractors • From a Bdishis company in Dallas • Option 1) $25K barn shape • Option 2) $35K Rising Sun • Does not includes structural engineering, which Mr. Saddam Ahmad will provide as pro-bono. • RFQ has been sent to a another const. company. Expecting a proposal next week. • If BDCommunity.com (a BAH Committee) interested then spent the extra $10K for the permit to build the Rising Sun Auditorium

  11. Formative Period • Until the Completion of Auditorium • Proposed to Extend until the construction completes. Deferred to the next meeting
