  2. Personal Development Planning • Personal development planning (PDP) is ‘a structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and / or achievement and to plan for their professional, educational and career development’ (QAA).

What you will Learn and Do • Evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses and relate these to relevant models, such as learning styles • Develop and set out personal and professional goals, that are informed by the models covered within the unit • Evidence your learning and personal and professional development by gathering relevant material and presenting this in an appropriate form

Employability Unit • Starting your course is the beginning of your career! • Only 4% of Ravensbourne graduates (2006) were unemployed 6 months after leaving. • 83% of those working are in subject related roles.
