  4. Work so far.... • Around the Family project outcomes • Supervision workshops •  Leadership and management, alongside exploration of challenges presented in service delivery/targeted work

Feedback from workshop participants about support which Children’s Centres need • Support for supervisors • Improved links with social care • Transitional support to work with changes in expectation – perceived higher level work • Need: • Definition of targeted work • Managing risk • Confidence in getting it right

Way Forward • Action learning sets to be organised to bring supervisors together for peer learning • Further dialogue with social care • Links to prevention teams  • Supervision policy • Access to OWD generic management training opportunities, and LSCB training opportunities   • Family support and prevention training to continue
