This initiative supports leaders and managers in delivering high-quality preventative services through Children’s Centres. Our focus is on improving outcomes for young children and their families, particularly those in greatest need. Key areas include high standards, safeguarding, and integrated working. Through workshops and training sessions, we address challenges in service delivery, support for supervisors, improved social care links, and targeted work definitions. We aim to foster peer learning and provide access to various training opportunities, ensuring effective leadership and management in our services.
