Lake Heath Park

This memorial at Lake Heath Park honors Major James Conrad Adams, born October 25, 1938, who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country on May 1, 1970. Maintained by Memorial Parks and Recreation, the park's grounds are regularly cared for, including grass cutting and fresh pine straw application. Erected many years ago, this tribute serves as a poignant reminder of those who serve and protect our nation's freedoms. Visitors are encouraged to reflect on the sacrifices made and the history surrounding this site.
