    2. 26/07/2012 arte egipcio 2 Medio Geogrfico Oasis largo y estrecho, fertilizado por el Nilo gracias a sus crecidas cclicas ricas en lgamo. Ocupado por gentes del Sahara, en proceso de desertizacin, hacia el IV milenio. Pronto se organiz el reino, unificando la zona norte y la sur, alternando la capitalidad a lo largo de su civilizacin. Dado que este oasis est rodeado de desiertos (de Libia y Arbigo), estuvo al abrigo de las invasiones de otros pueblos hasta el siglo XVIII a.C. en que llegaron los Hicsos, pudiendo desarrollar hasta entonces una civilizacin original sin influencias externas, cuyos rasgos permanecern en el tiempo.
