  1. Jay Sawyer Is Excited About the Return of Big Ten Football in Chester, Dr Jay Sawyer is a Chester, Dr based popular environmentalist who is quite inclined towards sports and physical fitness as well. He has always believed that keeping sports away from college athletes can have an adverse effect on their mental and emotional well-being. Precisely, this is the reason why Jay is extremely happy about the fact that Big Ten Football will be played this fall. The decision will not only give a much- needed boost to the students’ mental health but will also provide them with an opportunity of representing their towns in the NFL. Jay Sawyer emphasizes that keeping individuals away from things they love seldom does any good and so is the case with keeping athletes away from the sports they love to play. With the things slowly returning to normal, most college football players have now started stepping out despite the virus. Living and traveling with a healthy lot of players is definitely going to work in their favor. While he talks about the college football, Jay doesn’t fail to express his love for jogging and walking. He is quite fond of these physical activities as he has observed that people who regularly do these usually have healthier hearts, stronger bones, and lower body weights than their sedentary counterparts. One of his researches shows that people who get indulged in at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate activity or 75 to 150 minutes of vigorous activity every week mark themselves safe from so many health problems.

  2. When asked if it matters whether one is getting those minutes walking or running, Jay Sawyer of Chester, Dr quotes Dr. Paul D. Thompson, “The key difference between running and walking is how many calories you are burning—not per mile, but per minute of exercise”.
