The Council of Cluj-Napoca Dear Sirs, After considering the types of alternative energy available, environmentally friendly, suitable for our area and safe, I thought that it would be wise to produce energy from the renewable sources because these are not polluting sources. I think that you can solve our energy problem if you will work after the following plan: • First of all you have to build a hydro-plant on river Somes • You have to build a burning residues centre • You have to build solar panels on the roofs of the blocks • You have to build two wind plants and wind mills near the mountains • And last but not the least, you have to examine the soil to see if there are sectors with heating rocks to build biomass plants Sincerely yours, Balea Dragos
