  1. The production and consumption (supply and demand) is approximately equal in India. Export to the rubber producing Countries and import vice versa is harmful to producers and to the Nation. No need of any export subsidy for agricultural produces for a fluctuating price in the market. The Indian industry is a need for rubber growers and consumers (people of India) for finished products Subsidised export below International price and import on zero percent import duty below Kottayam market price will not allow justice to all. India is in the 4th position in production and importing Countries in the world have to be considered.
