DEALING WITH OFFENDERS • Programme funding – what can we afford? • The sex offender – a separate focus? • What works (The international approach) • Where and how to deliver? • Multi agency cooperation (Law, attitude, training) • Circles (need to start but need for a concept) • Development of NGOs • Other Ministries

  6. SEX OFFENDERS • Do we know or accept our true picture? • Can we deliver a “joined up” approach? • If we do “circles” will we get public support and can we make it work • Internet sex crime – are we ready for it? • How can we show publically that we are going the right way?
