Analysis of Gene Expression Changes in Response to ER Stress Markers and Transcription Factors

This study investigates the fold changes in expressions of various markers (CREBH, sXBP1, ATF4, and ATF6α) involved in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress response. Using luciferase reporter assays (5XATF6αRE and G6Pase-Luc), the interactions and regulatory effects of these key transcription factors were analyzed. The results indicate significant variances in expression levels, highlighting the involvement of pathways coordinated by CREBH, sXBP1, and ATF4 in cellular stress management. Supplemental figures include data on α-tubulin levels as a reference.
