GRAMMATICAL FUNCTION OF THE WORDS • NOUNS: names of things, situations, phenomenon, etc. Examples: process, systems, business, technology, communication, development • ADJECTIVES: qualities or characteristics of nouns Examples: rapid, high, international • VERBS: The words that describe the actions Examples: locate, link, move, set • ADVERBS: they say how the actions are done or performed Examples: highly, quickly, efficiently.
