There really is FREE software out there that is actually worth the download! • There are three programs I feel are worth a mention • Paint.net • Photoscape • Gimp – GNU Image Manipulation Program • Any of these programs would require a tutorial for a user new to Photo editing. That is not provided here. Only an overview. Back
