Current Status and Activity • Current Activities • Installed 2 initial build lines in DAU environment 2/22/12 & 3/2/12 • Initial configuration began 2/28/12 • Data Spin 0: complete 3/8/12 • Data Spin 1: spin week complete, validation begins 4/10/12 • ASMR Awarded 3/20/12 • Gartner Support – • Help desk requirements and services definition in progress • Portal requirements and plan development in progress • Future Activities • Release and install of new build line at the end of each month – January through August 2012 • Data spins after install of initial builds • 9/14/12 is the final release, includes all functionality and integrations • Vulnerability scans of build lines; Scan after 9/14/12 delivery is key input to DIACAP package • Finalize testing and training schedule • Report development begins 7/19/12 • UAT kick-off 10/22/12 • Training kick-off 2/20/13 Data Spin Cycle 1 week of spin 1 week of validation 1 week of issue resolution • Open Items • Business Intelligence Solution • Portal • Help Desk Implementation • FAI’s Use of SIS • DCMA’s Use of SIS 04.13.2012
