A flexible electronic tool for VXI register-based device development
This document presents the development of an innovative electronic tool designed for VXI register-based device development, conducted at the Warsaw University of Technology's Institute of Electronic Systems. Key areas covered include an introduction to VXI, requirements for register-based devices, the tool's realization, its flexibility and configuration, and a practical application example (SIMCON 2.1). Additionally, the agenda outlines plans for future improvements, including hardware design enhancements. The first version of the tool has been tested with a real device, showcasing its capabilities.
