The Mekong Institute's training program (21 May – 1 June) focused on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and postharvest techniques, culminating in an Action Plan implementation phase (2 June – 15 Oct). Participants, including vegetable farmers, developed an action plan linking them to buyers of pesticide-free produce. This initiative integrates GAP, GMP, and HACCP standards to enhance food safety and quality. The Synthesis and Evaluation Workshop (7-9 Nov) emphasized experience sharing and commitment to constant improvement in agricultural practices within the MI-NZAP project.
