My Two Cents I raise the question, if the Allentown area is considered to be an up-and-coming place to live in, why is there such a slack selection of quality films that are not associated with mainstream popularity? From the selection available, a person would think that the Allentown area was comprised of young children to young adults. I suggest that if Allentown is to modernize their reputation, vying for independent or quality films would be a good start. Take a look at the AMC Empire listings and you will see that there are 12 films that have not been offered in the Rave Motion Picture Theater. Rave, for those who don’t know, is supposed to be of outstanding repute in technology and selection. Personally, I am irritated with Rave. Sure, it is the most comfortable and clean; but what is that good for when there is nothing to go see? I attempted to contact the manager, but was unsucessful.
