  4. Promotion Team -- This team promotes the event community-wide.   5. Speaking Team – These are the speakers who will present speeches.   6. Program Committee – This team is responsible for the overall flow of the program. Contact the speaker and give him the times and directions Arrange for Color Guard Instructions to the Administrator Arrange Representative for the writing contest Consider the overall experience for the guests from arrival to departure PROGRAM Oliver Isaac Abby Fletcher

  7. Hospitality Committee – This team is responsible for taking care of greeting guests and offering a warm welcome by anticipating possible needs and preparing for those in advance.   9. Logistic Committee –This team is responsible for the preparation of and the direction of all set up and take down for the event outside of the technical. Arrange for: Tables and chairs at entrances Seating for guests Reserved seating for guest speaker Reserved seating for iteam Parking needs NOTE: Everyone is part of the workforce!
