BISCUIT AU CHOCOLAT ET CREME ANGLAISE. PAR PERLES YOULA. Voici ce qu’il me faut :. CHOCOLAT EN POUDRE (250g). DU SUCRE (125g). COMMENCER PAR LE CHOCOLAT EN POUDRE. CREME FRAICHE EPAISSE. LE METTRE DANS UNE CASSEROLE . AJOUTER L’EAU. MELANGER LE TOUT. JUSQU’À OBTENIR UN MELANGE HOMOGENE.

  3. CHOCOLAT EN POUDRE (250g)

  4. DU SUCRE (125g)

  5. COMMENCER PAR LE CHOCOLAT EN POUDRE

  6. CREME FRAICHE EPAISSE

  7. LE METTRE DANS UNE CASSEROLE

  8. AJOUTER L’EAU

  9. MELANGER LE TOUT

  10. JUSQU’À OBTENIR UN MELANGE HOMOGENE

  11. METTRE LE CHOCOLAT FONDU DANS UN BOL

  12. CASSEZ LES OEUFS

  13. METTRE LES JAUNES ET LES BLANC D’OEUFS SEPAREMENT

  14. UTILISER LES BLANCS D’ŒUFS ET METTRE DE COTE LES JAUNES

  15. METTRE LA CREME FRAICHE DANS LE CHOCOLAT

  16. MELANGER LES BLANCS D’OEUFS

  17. AJOUTER LES BLANCS D’ŒUFS AU CHOCOLAT

  18. APRES QUELQUES HEURES AU REFRIGIRATEUR SORTIR LA CREME

  19. APRES 4 HEURES DE RAFRAICHISSEMENT

  20. Sortir le gateau du refrigirateur

  21. Beurrer le moule

  22. Mettre le gateau dans le moule

  23. Mettre au four

  24. Et voila le resultat
