This study presents the results of Geant4 simulations carried out for SATIF10, focusing on various physics lists including QGSP_BERT, QGSP_BIC, FTFP_BERT, QGS_BIC, and FTF_BIC. We found that FTFP_BERT provided the best results when compared to BNL experimental data. The integration of JENDL and Barashenkov cross-sections notably improved outcomes, particularly in iron scenarios, while also showing slight enhancements in concrete cases. The combined results using FTFP_BERT, JENDL, and Barashenkov cross-sections have been submitted as official Geant4 results.
