  5. Mandate Review • Construct 5 trailer classrooms to accommodate upcoming enrollment increases in Grades K-6 due to closing of John Barnes Elementary • Fix Building A Roof using School Choice revenue • Complete renovations of Mathilda H. Parker Library by December 15, 2009
