SPS – CSAP report. CSAP planned on 20/12/2012 cancelled, only 2 meetings since last IEFC report. However, several issues came to a conclusion and were realised or resulted in engineering requests for LS1: Beam immanent warning in EHN1 and EHN2 finished and functioning.

  1. SPS – CSAP report • CSAP planned on 20/12/2012 cancelled, only 2 meetings since last IEFC report. • However, several issues came to a conclusion and were realised or resulted in engineering requests for LS1: • Beam immanent warning in EHN1 and EHN2 finished and functioning. • Interlocking of TI2 and TI8 Upstream Areas with LHC Powering (ECR 1257949). • Moving the LHC-SPS sector door in TI2 further downstream (ECR 1253832). • Access in SMI2 will be controlled by a key in the CCC interlocking chain 5.

  2. Others • Presentation from TCC2-TDC2 working group • Being worked on • Level 4 training for SPS access. • Preparation for fire brigade exercise : evacuation of injured person from an SPS underground area.(during magnet patrol period)
