RCH/SCA (“OTSG Form”) Process All OTSG Correspondence Sent to: DMAO-OTSG@amedd.army.mil OTSG Tracking Log: U:\OTSG TRACKING LOG\FY 10 (Will give you status of OTSG forms) 1: COR/Requester receives approved packet from HR Board From New Contract Process; Approximately 5-6 Weeks 3 days 3 days 7-10 days 2: RCH/SCA (hard copy) received from COR/requestor to DMAO 3: RCH/SCA packaged and tracking number created by DMAO 4: Packet sent to RM (Budget) by DMAO 5: Packet taken to WRAMC Command Suite for WRAMC Commander signature OTSG From Corrected OTSG Form Not Complete Return to COR/Requester for corrections Returned to DMAO for questions /corrections Returned to COR/Requester for adjustment / corrections Returned to DMAO for questions / corrections 1-2 days 1-2 days 2-3 days 2-3 weeks 6b or 9: DMAO forwards completed packet to COR/Requester 8: NRMC sends signed packet back to DMAO 7: NRMC routes packet to be signed by NRMC CG 6a: (If > $100K), Signed packet sent to NRMC RM by DMAO
