1. Techfi Labs – Innovation Is Next You For Lokesh Ranjan alumni of Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar zeal was already there to build a venture of his own. He was waiting for the opportune time to realise his ambition while working for his previous organization getting the right exposure & experience and also gazing the market scenarios to jump in. How we started? It all started with a phone call to a brothers cum friends Dhananjay Sarkar and Shiva Venginati that made him take the brave step and test his passion in the ever-evolving IT services. After reconnaissance for over 2 months, he finally set up his own IT and Drone solutions startup Techfi Labs Solutions and Services in May 2018 which specializes in IT solutions, Drones Development, Data Analytics & Predictive Intelligence. And luckily they got a private investor and a true partner Kunal Mandal who believed in this idea. What we provide? Techfi Labs is trying to solve real-world business problems Analytics field of Data, Video, Face using Artificial Intelligence and Drones Development. Drones has a very large market in India and in coming days each and everyone is going to benifitted with this. We are trying to solve the real world problems and we are getting associated with corporates and goverment organisations.The basic idea behind the startup was Customer Experience. Unlike most IT companies we wanted to be customer service oriented rather than Product or Services oriented company says Dhananjay and also points out the name of the company Techfi Labs which reflects the Labs for the Technologies. He adds that it was the bonding that he shared with his clients of the previous organization that made him realize that the IT companies are providing proprietary based solutions that focuses on license fee-based business models instead of the customized or problem specific designed solutions catering to the needs of the clients. The company focuses on delivering „Readily deployable IT customized as per the customer needs‟ we aim at providing the solutions which meet the Strategic Business Objective of the client stresses Dhananjay who not only is the co-founder of the startup also recruits the technical staff himself. When asked about the recruiting process Shiva says that today everybody has big dreams but have no realistic way to achieve them hence he recruits people who are a fit to a good team. Best part is our team: Best part is that they have two passionate and young entrepreneurs in their teams, Mr Shahzeb Khan and Udbhav Vashud, who has represented India at global platforms. Mr Shahzeb has developed a lot of drones in his very young age and now they are working on a various projects for Techfi Labs.

THINK, DEVELOP: Techfi Labs which is based out of Lucknow isn‟t shy of dreaming big having recently tied up with Intel Technology Provider and they have partnered with United Nations for an upcoming project. They are also running thier skill development programs for various colleges and the universities. At Techfi Labs, our aim is to improve the skills and employability of Indian Engineering Students, by converting textbook geniuses into productive engineers who can build things “that work”. Investment: The company which currently is bootstrapped by the partners has no plans for Investments or VC at the moment but the startup won‟t look away from Investments if the need be. They already have declined 2 offers for a stake in the company by rivals and started their own portfolios of companies. IT Solution with Experts: We have a bunch of creative designers, a crew of experienced engineers, a gang of proficient marketers, and a team of skillful SEO experts living at Techfi Labs creating wonderful web solutions to let your business grow online. Techfi Labs with a strong hold in the domain of web services and digital media marketing is working parallel in Lucknow to enrich the industry with its distinguished and dedicated array of services.We bring companies closer to colleges. We always tend to transfer knowledge, resources and technology from companies to colleges. Our well certified trainers provide different industrial training programs.
