Bumi berbentuk seperti bola. • Putaran bumi pada porosnya disebut rotasi. • Sekali berputar/berotasi, bumi memerlukan waktu 24 jam. • Garis lintang 0 disebut garis katulistiwa. • Garis bujur disebut juga garis meridian. • Garis bujur membelah bumi menjadi dua yaitu barat dan timur. • Belahan bumi ini berpusat pada garis bujur 0 yang berpusat di kota Greenwich, Inggris

Mengapawaktubisaberbeda? • Perbedaan waktu di Indonesia dengan Greenwich diperhitungkan atas dasar letak wilayah dalam garis bujur timur yang dibagi dengan 15 derajat. • Dengan demikian, beda waktu untuk : • Waktu Indonesia Barat = 105/15 x 1 jam = 7 jam • Waktu Indonesia Tengah = 120/15 x 1 jam = 8 jam • Waktu Indonesia Timur = 135/15 x 1 jam = 9 jam

Pukul berapakah pertandingan itu disiarkan di Bandung?
