  2. Goals • Understanding the concept of color • How to relate color to the structure of the material • Learn to characterize the material based on intensity of light The Main Goal: To use these understandings to identify and quantify Bradykinin (BK) at very low concentrations

  3. Tasks • Use the Theory of Electromagnetic Radiation • Become familiar with the instruments and software affiliated with the experiment • Prepare membrane samples to get optical responses • Use principles and concepts of UV-Visible Spectroscopy to quantify BK
