This study examines the relationship between various predictor variables, including immigration-related stressors, gender, legal status, English proficiency, traditionality, and fear of deportation, and their impact on acculturative stress in documented and undocumented Latino immigrants. A sample of 416 participants (215 men and 201 women) from Mexico was analyzed, utilizing preliminary analyses and regression techniques to understand the bivariate and combined associations affecting individuals' experiences of acculturative stress. The findings highlight the significance of legal status as a moderator in these relationships.
