The goal is to create an environment where the arts are integral to developing critical thinking across the curriculum at PHHS. We aim to provide high-quality art units that unlock the full creative potential of all students, known as Patriots. By showcasing student work in the community and online, we demonstrate the positive impact of the arts on individuals and the community's economic vitality. Additionally, we offer advanced students opportunities to participate in artist residencies, college programs, and speaker events, while enhancing technological avenues for creative exploration.

2012-13 PHHS: ART GOALS • Create a land of creativity, where the arts are essential to the development of critical thinking across the curriculum • Provide high quality art units in order to develop the full creative potential of all Patriots! • Actively convey the positive difference the arts can make on all individuals • Economic Vitality: creativity at work through showcasing student work to the community (online & community displays) • Provide opportunities for advanced students to participate in artist residencies/free college programs and college speakers • Provide more technology avenues for students to creatively explore
