Objectives • Provide a user-friendly reporting tool to track status of DLMS Changes • Provide a tool that is searchable, sortable, filterable • Drop down lists and filters • Ease of use by DLMS customers • Canned and ad hoc reporting capability • Integrate multiple tracking sheets into one database/workbook • DLMS Change Number log • DLMS Change Status Report • DLMS Component Responses to PDC • DLMS Component Implementation Status • Re-use of data; single version of the truth

DLMS Change Status Report • Contains 1000 series, signed PDC/ADC • Key Data Elements: • DLMS Change Number, Title, Functional Area, Synopsis, DLMS POC • PDC Change Originator, Date PDC Signed, PDC Response Suspense Date • Date ADC Signed, Implementation Type • DLMS Change Status, Date Status Changed, Remarks

DLMS Component ResponseReport • Contains 1000 series PDCs that have not been signed out as ADCs • Key Data Elements: • DLMS Change Number, Title, Functional Area, DLMS POC • Component Name, Original PDC Suspense Date, Final PDC Suspense Date, Initial Component Response, Updated Component Response, Component Response Date, Remarks • Easily filterable by either PDC number and/or Component name

DLMS Overdue Component Response Report • Contains 1000 series PDCs that are past their suspense date and lack a Component response • DLMS Change Number, Title, Functional Area, DLMS POC • Component Name, Days Overdue, Original PDC Suspense Date, Final Suspense Date • Easily filterable by either PDC number and/or Component name

DLMS Component Implementation Status Report • Contains 1000 series, signed ADCs • Key Data Elements: • DLMS Change Number, Title, Functional Area, DLMS POC, Date ADC Signed, Implementation Type • Component Name, Implementation Status, Component Implementation Date, Component Implementation Response Date, Remarks

  10. DLM Publication Report • Contains 1000 series, signed ADCs • Key Data Elements: • DLMS Change Number, Title, Functional Area, DLMS POC • DLM Publication Impacted, Publication Formal Change Number, Formal Change Release Date

  11. DLMS Implementation Convention Update Report • Contains 1000 series, signed ADCs • Key Data Elements: • DLMS Change Number, Title, Functional Area, DLMS POC • DLMS Implementation Conventions impacted by change
