1st world war 2nd World war • The 1st World War started when Franz Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated by a Serb. So Austria declared war on Serbia. Germany helped Austria so France helped Serbia so England helped France. All in all 9,911,000 people died in World War 1 and 7,750,000 were missing. Germany and Austria- Hungary were made smaller countries due to losing to the Allies. • The Second World War started when Nazi Germany invaded Poland and Austria so France declared war on Germany and England helped them. America joined the war in 1941.All together over 60 million died in World War 2. German cars are said to be the most reliable in the world. Most people don’t know VW own Audi, and BMW own Mini, Rolls Royce and Bentley. It has a great international team with players like Gotze, Schweinsteiger, Neuer , Lahm, Ozil, Hummeles, Khedira, Gomez, Muller, Reus, Badstuber, Gundogan, Kroos and Podolski. Germany have won the world cup 3 times and the European Championships 3 times. German soccer
