The GaLA Consortium at the University of Genoa focuses on effective management as outlined in WP10. Key activities include controlling contract compliance, coordinating financial reports, and assessing project performance through various metrics. The Outreach Advisory Board (OAB) was established to facilitate collaboration among leading institutions. Our evaluation methods incorporate quantitative and qualitative assessments of human and structural capital, ensuring the project’s sustainability, enhancing knowledge dissemination, and fostering R&D integration.
