Objectives • Describe barriers to participation in DP/HH • Utilize Mazlow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory to explain the relationship between social services and DP/HH • Identify basic needs resources available in your area • Strategize how your program can locate resources and develop mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance case management • Explain how DP/HH programs can share resources
