MBS & ABS Data Analytics • Extensive experience in the acquisition of Static / At Issue and monthly Remittance Loan-level data for the top US servicers, including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Countrywide, Deutsche Bank, Citi, Aurora, Bank of New York and GMAC RFC. • Streamlining and normalisation of Loan-level and Deal-level data from various data sources / servicers, who all provide widely different raw data formats, into one single coherent format, as specified by the client. • Data aggregation – bucketing Loan-level information based on Loan Programs (HELOCs, HE, ALT A, Jumbo / Prime, Subprime, etc.) , Loan types / categories (Fixed, ARMs, Hybrids, Convertibles, Balloons, Interest Only, Pay Option ARMs, etc.) and Lien Positions. • Data mining and analysis – Payment History, prepayment indicators, Negative Amortisation indicators, Delinquency status indicators, Default Loss analysis, LTV analysis, etc. • Statistical analysis – an overview of the Loan-level data based on Loan Programs, Loan Types and Lien Positions. • Tying in Loan-level reports with Deal-level reports to corroborate Loan counts, Balance at origination, Collateral Descriptions, Asset Classes, etc.
