  2. Step 1: Create an account • Go to www.youtube.com • Create an account by clicking “Sign Up” at the top right corner. • Follow the instructions given. • If you have an existing account, just log in.

  3. Step 2: Uploading the videos • Once you are signed in, click “Upload Videos” at the top right corner. • The title of your video is Health In Motion 2007. • Fill in your group name and school name in the description column. • The tags are HiM 2007.

  4. For the video category click “Sports”. • Language is English. • After this click the button “Continue Uploading”. • Browse for the video that you have prepared. • For broadcast, it should be under Public. • Click “Upload Video”.
