Enhancing Environmental Protection: Ideas Competition by the Ministry of Environment, Albania

The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning in Albania launched an Ideas Competition aimed at elevating environmental protection strategies. Held on March 5, 2013, in Durres, the competition focuses on the country’s most populated region, covering 1,812 square kilometers and comprising 17 municipalities. With significant industrial pollution and waste generation, the initiative seeks innovative solutions to address air quality monitoring and ecological preservation, including the protection of endemic species. Selected ideas will be presented at the Inspiration Forum in Skopje on April 24, 2013.
