  1. Types Of Wrenches And The Jobs They Are Mainly Used For

  2. Wrenches are used primarily to loosen and tighten fasteners, especially nuts and bolts. They are generally made from a chrome plated steel alloy. This material makes the wrenches durable and simple to clean as well. While many people keep only some of the wrenches around however there exist many different types of wrenches that serve specific purposes. Wrenched are often named for their purpose, hence they are easy to use and recognize. Here are the different types of wrenches and the jobs they are best suited for:

  3. Jam Nut Wrench:  It has a patented open-gate design that allows you to latch the head around the nut, even if there is something in the way. This eliminates all sorts of unsafe ways to complete even more jobs.

  4. Lug Wrench: They are used mainly to remove or install tire lug nuts. They can be found in auto repair shops and can be used on the go in fixing flat tires. • Air Wrench: They are used, when a very specific force has to be applied to a fastener. These are the version of the socket wrenches that have very carefully calibrated internal works. Air Wrenchesare more often used in auto works, specifically for engine repairs.
