Analysis of Relative Luciferase Activity in ERβ Mutants Under E2 Treatment

This report presents the findings on the relative luciferase activity of estrogen receptor beta (ERβ) mutants C201A and C204A in response to E2 (estradiol) treatment. Using fluorescence techniques with FITC and DAPI staining, we assessed the transactivation potential of these ERβ variants. The results provide insights into the functional implications of these mutations on receptor activity, contributing to understanding the regulatory mechanisms of ERβ in estrogen signaling pathways.
